Swifty Bar:
It's a very lightweight plugin that's fast with a sauce of code and a lot of wonderful features, but Swipty Bar's a relatively new plugin.
It shows:
a category of your article
a title and author info
the time to read and a progress bar
the number of comments on your article
social sharing icons
previous/next post links with a preview on hover
If you want to see it on your desktop or your smartphone in action, I use it on my own blog. This is mainly because Swifty Bar is so quick, because the number of shares in the items does not appear. You might want to install if this is not a deal breaker than this plugin.
